Click Start, click Settings, and then click
Control Panel.

Double-click Network and then click the
Services tab.

In the Network Services list, select Digi RealPort
Service and click Remove

In the following Warning dialog, click Yes to
confirm the permanent component removal.

Click Close to close the Network dialog and then click
Yes to restart your computer.

When the computer has restarted, click Start, click
Settings, and then click Control Panel.

Double-click Network and then click the Services
tab.

Click Add and then click Have Disk.

Type the path to the RealPort files and click OK
TIP: Click here
to open the folder containing the RealPort files. If you are
running Internet Explorer version 6, you can copy/paste the
pathname from the address bar in the browser.

Select Digi RealPort Service and click OK

Follow the prompt on the screen to finish updating RealPort.
